Teresa Giudice went all out to celebrate her boyfriend Luis “Louie” Ruelas’ 47th birthday. The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member threw her beau a beautifully decorated dinner party at her New Jersey home, finishing off the memorable night with a stunning, multi-tier cake from Palermo Bakery in Little Ferry, NJ.
On April 23, Teresa took to Instagram to share a peek at the lavish dessert she got in honor of Louie’s special day. To commemorate the occasion, the mom of four recruited her favorite local bakery, Palermo Bakery, to create the delicious confection.
As captured in the snapshot below, the intricately decorated cake consisted of three tiers featuring some of her boyfriend’s favorite things. While the two bottom levels were designed to look like cigar boxes, the top layer was crafted into a box with a Rolex watch.
The dessert also included a nod to Louie’s interest in golf, featuring a faux golf club and ball leaning against the side. Two shots of tequila (with lime, of course!) bordered the front of the cake, with the message “Happy Birthday” spelled out in between.
